Impressive!!!! the photos pale in comparison to holding this
car in your hands. These are some of the best die-cast I
have seen in this body style.
I love
the WRC, and these cars bring it to you. I just wish they
could of made these muddy .
HPI's
Subaru Impreza
Rally Cars
WRC
(World Rally Championship) is one of the most popular rally
car race events in the world and HPI Racing is proud to
introduce the 1/43 scale diecast Subaru Impreza WRC 2005.
This model has the colour scheme used in the 2005 Rally
Japan, however it is in the more style-conscious design for
tarmac tracks, under license from Subaru.
Again in this
review I will ask.. Are they needed?? No not really. But if
you see them up close you will have to have them...
Recently, staying true
to its car fanatic heritage, HPI has moved into the 1/43
scale die-cast car market. This represents a bold and
exciting direction for the company, and highlights once
again the commitment to HPI's vision. We know that the
die-cast range of products will showcase the detail and
excellence that HPI is known for!
The first series of
high quality 1/43 scale diecast models released by HPI
Racing were WRC and endurance road racing versions of the
popular Subaru Impreza. In 2005 and 2006, HPI sponsored the
Prova Subaru Impreza STi racing team in the Japanese Super
Taikyu Endurance Series. We used these close ties with
Subaru to provide highly accurate representations of several
Subaru Impreza models for the initial production runs, and
continue our relationship with Subaru to this day.
Strictly Limited
To ensure the high quality of the die-cast models and
provide a unique opportunity for collectors, the production
numbers for most models are strictly limited, making them
highly collectible and extremely desirable. HPI Racing is
not attempting to break into the mass market, as these
numbers show - this line of diecast models is intended to be
no-compromise, high-quality representations of the real
cars.
I am totally
impressed, Good job HPI, this is a must have.....
Thank you HPI
for this car to review.
With kind
regards,
Franklin Nichols
