The
Real Thing...
One bad
ass car.....
Ok, why
didn't Mattel make HotWheels like this one when I was a child,
It's a good thing my wife has allowed me to have a second
childhood.
This is
not a collector class die cast, but is one hell of a nice piece
of shelf candy.
I think
you would agree that Mattel has done a fine job of reproducing a
fine work of art.
There is
not much that I could say about this I will allow the photos do
the talking.
The real
car has 19x10 front and 20x12 rear one-off knock off
wheels by Colorado Custom and 295/30-19 and 335/30-20
Michelin PS2 Ultra High Performance tires. You can also see
Mattel even reproduced the 15” Red Devil Titanium front and rear
brake rotor utilizing 6-piston calipers. And did a fine job at
that.
This may
not be a High end, fine die-cast collectable, what it is though
is a reasonably priced die-cast that is a great recreation of a
piece of automotive artwork. I would have no problem giving this
as a gift to a beginning diecast collector or to the most
avid collector.
For a
HotWheels collector this is a MUST have...
This car
will sit on the shelf right net to the Franklin Mint cars, and
most looking across the shelf would be hard pressed to tell the
difference.
Thanks to Mattel for the car to
review....
With kind regards,
Franklin Nichols
